Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Flourish and Form currently ships to North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. If you don't see your country listed send an email and we will do our best to accomodate.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on the product ordered (stickers, custom artwork, etc.). See individual items for appropriate shipping times.

How do I track my order?

If you selected "mail with tracking," then your tracking number will be sent. In order to provide you products for less not all stationary items are available with tracking.

Returns

How do I return an item?

If you with to return an item please contact Flourish and Form and we will let you know the next steps.

Note that not all items are refundable. If there is a concern with your order please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it!

General

How do custom portrait/house orders work?

After you have placed your order, send in the photo you would like replicated. You will receive a confirmation email once you send in your photo!

Please note that current turnaround time for portraits is 1-2 weeks.

Can I order custom apparel for my business, bridal shower, etc.?

Yes! Send an email with some details on the project and we will respond with a quote.

Minumum shirt order of 4.

Can I turn my family portrait into cards?

Yes definitely! Custom painting turned into cards requires a minimum order of 10 cards.
